​Licensed as a Broker in 1986, Manley has built and/or remodeled 48 homes, has developed 3 residential communities, and has been a sales and marketing consultant for residential land developers in Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia and Oregon. He has worked onsite for several communities - BlueGreen Corp., Winding River, Pronghorn Golf Club, Balsam Mountain Preserve to name a few. 

Manley attended Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in 1983 as a biology major. He played on the VMI football team, was a biology major and received the prestigious Military Order of the World Wars award for academic and athletic excellence. He graduated from James Madison University in 1988 and upon graduation helped his real estate father develop Quail Woods Estates.

In the 1990's, Manley became an expert professional mountain bike racer but, following a severe leg injury in a 24 hour race, he went back to focusing on real estate. in 1886, at the age of 31, Manley developed a Community he named Spring Mountain in Fort Valley, Virginia, as an "environmentally sensitive community." Surrounded by the George Washington National Forest, this 400-acre family farm deserved preservation. Manley designed the subdivision for minimal impact with the homes tucked away in the woods and 200 acres of pastures left undeveloped. Manley has since come to be regionally recognized as a "Land Man" for his work in land acquisition, entitlement, development and creative approaches to marketing. He is a member of the Realtor Land Institute of NC. 

After working for many large real estate brokerages (Beverly-Hanks, Coldwell Banker, eXp, and others), today Manley runs his own brokerage firm, PinDrop Group, LLC and construction firm, Manley Construction Management, Inc. With his wide breadth of experience in all things real estate, PinDrop Group offers not only exceptional services to homeowners, homebuyers, and home builders alike, but also provides clients with land acquisition and development consultation and management services. Manley is a "connector" and a "helper" essentially.
